Guidance on Completing a Probate Application Online

HM Courts & Tribunals Services have published three new online probate guidance documents to assist legal professionals and other organizations applying for grant applications.

The new online guidance documents for legal professionals & and other organizations are :

1) Online Guidance for Legal Professionals: Grant of Representation (Grant of Probate)

2) Online Guidance for Legal Professionals: Grant of Representation (Letters of Administration)

3) Online Guidance for Legal Professionals: Grant of Representation (Letters of Administration with Will annexed)

The UK Government's promise of a fast and effective probate service encourages legal professionals to use the online probate service.

The service provides a single platform for all legal professionals to issue, pay for and manage probate applications within civil and family courts and tribunals.
